1. Our group adopts the best dyeing technique for cashmere product - loose fiber dyeing.
Dyeing process: Load the dehaired cashmere into the dye vat --- add in environmentally-friendly dye, auxiliaries and water in the proper proportions --- log into vet electronic control program and adjust for the most appropriate production setting for this dye batch --- the dye process automatically starts as programmed, vat temperature rises in certain speed, stabilizes for a period of time for color fixation --- post processing -- taking the dyed cashmere out of the vat --- dehydration --- drying
2. Our dyeing equipment and its function
(1) Dye vat: We use advanced dye vat equipment with computerized production program to ensure the full process of cashmere coloring is completed automatically. The water pump in dye vats is specially designed and configured according to the characteristics of cashmere so as to minimize any damage to cashmere fibre.
(2) High Frequency conversion dehydrator: The dehydrator is equipped with frequency transducer which allows it to operate at a stable level with a high dehydration rate. The rate of water content of each batch of dehydrated cashmere is stable and evenly distributed in cashmere fibre. The machine operates very gently allowing for a long service life.
(3) RF dryer: After dehydration, the cashmere is further dried by the RF dryer. This method meets the highest standards of international leading technology. It uses electromagnetic energy to vibrate the water molecules on the surface of cashmere to achieve the effect of gasification and evaporation. The electromagnetic field penetration ensures cashmere being dried quickly, evenly and with little damage. The traditional warm air circulation systems are installed at the inlet and outlet of the RF dryer to allow the cashmere fibers to expand. This RF technology greatly improves the softness and hand feel of colored cashmere, which can never be achieved by a traditional hot air dryer.
