Water Source Protection

We use softened water for our cashmere cleaning, dyeing and garment washing to improve product quality and hand feel. The wastewater produced by our factory is subject to a first round of biochemical and physicochemical treatment through the sewage treatment system installed in our factory. Then we test the water after-treatment for many physical and chemical indexes. If the water qualifies, it is connected to the pipeline of urban sewage treatment plant for secondary treatment, so as to minimize the pollution to the environment. In order to save water resources and reduce emissions, we have built in our factory the 'reclaimed water reuse' facility in recent years. Applying the technologies of 'reverse osmosis' and 'ultrafiltration', about 60% of the production wastewater can be recycled and reused in dye production.

Grassland Protection

We follow international standards on grazing practice: Limit the number of goats in grassland to reduce the pressure on the grassland. Apply control measures to reduce the number of pests and rats, to prevent and remove poisonous weeds in grassland. Our highly qualified team make projections and forecast, then organize herdsmen to use artificial and biological methods to control wormholes and rat holes in grassland. Once poisonous weeds being found, they are manually removed by herdsmen. We are convinced that these measures can effectively ensure the sustainable development of the grassland.
