2. Myanmar is an important country included in the 'Belt and Road initiative', while China-Myanmar bilateral relationship enjoys a sound momentum of development.
3. 65% of more than 50 million Myanmar people are of working age and a majority are seeking employment in the garment manufacturing industry.
4. Advantageous labor costs allow for further development of the manufacturing industry, while still providing appropriate wages and working conditions.
5. Lower operational costs such as electricity and convenient transportation options allow for improved business.
The factory covers area of more than 50,000 m². The first phase of the project was completed and officially put into operation in July 2018. The factory has 500 employees with production capacity at 120,000 pieces per month. The products are mainly exported to Europe, the US, Japan and South Korea.
